It was terrible. They sent me the wrong product with the paperwork and order for a person in a different state. I sent OPN two different emails explaining the situation that I got the wrong product and I got no response, yet they have that email address listed to address issues with orders. They obviously don't check it or don't care? They probably have good products but customer service is always expected and, so far, it leaves something to be desired.
