I have been a regular consumer of Nano Curcumin for many years, which I find to be extremely effective to reduce inflammation (in comparison to other Curcumin or Turmeric supplements)). One Planet Nutrition boasts their Nano Curcumin to be the smallest particle size of any Curcumin supplement, which apparently allows it to easily enter the walls of our cells. Another benefit is Nano Curcumin is water soluble, whereas all other Curcumin supplements are oil soluble.
I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, and advised to take steroids - for life! Instead, my functional medicine doctor suggested I first try this Curcumin plus fish oil. After a few weeks, my symptoms resolved! So long as I continue to take this regimen, my condition is under excellent control. The "regular" medical community is amazed! I have been taking the nano Curcumin on the advice of Dr. Russell Blaylock because he says it’s small enough to break the blood brain barrier and detox my brain. I can’t say that I’ve got the brain of a teenager now but I do think it has helped my memory. It’s also helped with some inflammation issues as well.
